This feature allows you to set rules for specific mandates. Note that the rules set here will overwrite the default rules set for all mandatesThis feature is useful if a mandate has an agreed contract period to comply with. During this ‘Date Period’, mandates are not allowed to be terminated. 


To set rules for a specific mandate:

  1. Search for the mandate that you wish to set the rules for in the “View Mandates” page.

  2. Click on the three dots icon and select “Rules Settings”.

  3. Tick on the “Set Rules for this Mandate” field.

  4. You can set the “Minimum Amount” and “Date Period” accordingly.

  5. Click “Save”.
