For reporting purposes, merchants can export the list of collections made into an Excel spreadsheet. The columns that appear on the Excel sheet are determined by the display settings configured by the merchant. Merchants can also selectively export specific collection rows by filtering based on specific criteria. 

To export a collection report:

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select “Collections” - “View Collections”.

  3. Select “Batch View” or “Detail View” in the top left corner.

  4. If applicable, enter filter criteria in the top right corner.

  5. Click on the “Export” button.

  6. Tick on the checkboxes for columns you wish to export.

  7. Click “Export as Excel”.
